Fox Farms_ Cha-Chung 9-50-10_+Big Bloom
    #232796 - 05/27/09 09:45 AM (15 years, 6 months ago)

Any word on Cha-Ching 9-50-10 Soluble? I picked this up to boost the resin/flowering. Will such a high P content fuck up my soil ph, or cause deficiencies?
There are 11x 1 1/2 week olds outside (NE Area) and 4 more inside under 2x 6500K cfl's, soil=50% MGPS, 35% sphagnum peat, 15% potter soil. I am guessing that I would NOT add this mix until late veg/early bloom?
The FF Big Bloom says that it is used for late veg/flower, NPK=6-4-4. Any tips on when these can both be used /mix ratio?
Also, should a different solution be mixed for the outdoors vs indoor?

cha ching works good but it is a system of 6 different products that work together. you use big bloom throughout the whole cycle here is a feeding chart from fox farms it is pretty easy to follow.

heres what the fox farms system got me . although my yeild was compromised by powdery mildew

I meant Grow Big@6-4-4. It looks like I can start using it soon any way. I will try and get the Bloom this weekend. The link you brought up helped a lot:thumbup:

The Cha Ching, with out using the other products in the line, will this have to be balanced, or perhaps just weakened through dillution? I suppose that last part won't matter. All I do is sit at work for 8-11 hours checking out nutrients and lights, wishing that I was home w/my babies. Probably get them any way.:rasta:

Thanks for the link!

You should be using the complete system to feed your plants. Otherwise, you are really short changing yourself. They are meant to work together as you can see in the pdf link above.

That's the plan. After i went through the FF sight, I had to plan the timing for my lack of fundage/delivery time for nutrients, and order accordingly. Grow big and Big Bloom will be in next week. The sprouts are @12 days, so I will start the Big Bloom nutes. Bring the sprouts to a good veg.@ 2 1/2 weeks and start adding the Grow big nutes. The chart says to start the tiger bloom @5 weeks. I will have that on order in 1-2 weeks. The other nutes have adding time a little shorter@4 wks on the chart so I will have to order the sesame and tiger@ same time. Then order accordingly for adding the beastie bloomz@ 7 weeks. Cha-ching will be here next week or so.

I noticed how the Fox Farm site is a generally public friendly site. I'm wondering if the feeding charts are specifically for the mj's or is it universal, like tomatoes? If this is for plants in general, or is there a betted/safer mix level for 4 indi's in soil, under cfl? i have seen that some nutes need a bit of dilution @1/2 for sprouts and veg. Likewise for multiple outdoor plants?

passin' the piece your way...:getstoned:

Thanks for the word...

Well, technically its not for MJ, but its all legal mumbo jumbo. Whenever I see products with "bud" in the name, I just lol.

HAHAHAHA! Sometimes I just wish we could simply ask for an honest answer when we say, "Hey man, are you cool?" Either your against or your not. The world would flow so much easier that way!

can't we all just hit a bong! :chong:

Ok, So I'm at 3 weeks +2days. The kids LOVED the nutes! I started out@ 1 gallon water + Nutes:
Day 15:
1 tspn of Grow Big
Fed 1/4 gl x4plants

Day 16.5:
Plain Water(0nly 1/8 gl per)

Day 18:
1 3/4tsp Grow Big@1/8 gal
**Added 1 more CFL(3 Total)

Day 19:
1 3/4tsp Growbig
1 1/3TBS BigBloom

Day 20:
none

Day 21:
2 tspn Growbig
2 TBS  BigBloom

Day 22:
Light water

Day 23:
2 tspn growbig
2TBS bigbloom

The kids all did great with the nute feeding. I've been feeding the kids outside, too. They all loved it! There is still a huge difference between the OutD's and the InD's, but that was expected, as the temperature difference is the biggest thing.
INDOOR TEMP.- 80f, constant.
OUTDOOR TEMP.- Day: 73f Night: 54f
