my lungs hurt

from smoking too much.. cigs and weed... i need to go use my friends volcano.

i cant smoke today it would kill me i think. i need to heal.

what should i do? im gonna drink tons of water and go run/swim

I smoke 3 to 4 packs a day in addition to the weed. Keeps me from having that problem. Can't say I recommend it though.

I need to quit. I have for a year once and 6 months twice. The craving never eased in the slightest and when you smoke as much as I do that's one hell of a craving. I went literally and certifiably insane after a four months last time. Wife gave me 3 choices. Commit thyself, start back smoking or say goodbye. I'm smoking again. :lol:

I plan to as well. I can do it. Just not sure how it's going to go. I've been smoking since I was 11 and I'm 38. It's the only way I know how to live.
