 Where to get the fan I want?

Im currently using a single large computer fan powered by a 9V battery but I need a fan that will plug into a socket. Where can I get a computer fans that will plug into my wall?

If you have a spare converter that produces around 9V (the computer fan is designed to use 12V, so that's safe) you can cut the connector off and connect the wires to the computer fan instead.

radio shack has converters where you can vary the power. this might work for making a plug for your fan.

ok so I just went into my garage and found an old 7V power supply and wired it into the fan, plugged that bitch in and now its working like a champ! I will post some pics of what it used to look like before when it ran on batteries
