 so I can't sleep guys.

some girl keeps tormenting me and she's like really pretty and stuff like that.. but that doens't usually make me lose sleep.
I've been smoking less weed lately but still a fair amount and daily but I've basically completely quit smoking cigs and drinking for the last 3months and I'm basically pretty depressed from it.
I drink coffee but only in the morning and it's usually just 1 XL coffee from Tim Hortins.
Who thinks it's what?

Cutting back from everything can definitely cause sleep interruptions...And now with this on your mind you can't handle it.
It was that way for me when I quit using things.

yeah
that's what I thought to... it's really fucked because I only question my sanity when I'm sober. I don't think reverting the my drug use is an option though.

I wouldn't. I quit everything for 1 year, and now I do in moderation. I feel better, but I think I still fucked myself up from some of my drug use...I used them very very very heavily.

I got hooked on them...
I had a serious drug problem. I went to rehab, and somehow I have been one of the only people who has not only beaten their problem...But is able to use drugs, and not abuse them.
I hardly do it at all anymore...I don't know how it happened. I think my car wreck while fucked up had some kind of impact on my life.
When I say hardly...I don't smoke pot at the moment, I use hallucinogens maybe once a month, pills maybe once every couple of months...Etc.
So, when someone tells me they have a problem I just tell them to quit for one year, and then make a decision whether or not they have a problem. 90 percent of the people who used drugs like I did end up with a problem, but I am still in awe as to how I managed to fly under the radar. Confusing.

No rehab for me, I have a habit of not having self control which is why I prefer not to get started. Specially with drinking.

i have trouble sleeping too
2 benadryl and a beer or two usually works

That still doesn't fix his problem of drugs helping him sleep.
Well, on a side note you may want to go to the doctor, and try to get something to help if it doesn't get better over the next few months. Temazepam really helps me. It REALLY helps, and isn't addictive. It isn't something you want to take during the day.

Yea, I guess that's true. Low doses of DXM will too, but you feel retarded in the morning.
I find low doses of alcohol gives me a real light sleep. I roll around a lot, I wake up early, but that's not everyone I don't guess.
