what kind of ventilation do i need?!?!

i need to build a grow closet.
i am thinking that my grow closet will not have volume more than 75 cubic feet
will a system of ventilation built from these parts be sufficient?
this means that i will need at least 250cfm of airflow.
is this system too much or just right?

My understanding is that, you should replace the air in the room (at least?) every five minutes. That being said, in a 75cf room, you'd only need a fan capable of 15cfm?
So, that system should be plenty sufficient.

my understanding is that if you are in a small room you need to replace faster. at least 3 times per minute
i am going to be in a small place with hid lighting.

Small spaces heat up more quickly thus need to be exchanged faster. I use a 170cfm inline for about the same cubic foot space and a 400w hid. So the parts you have listed should be fine for a 250w. That said, if you go this route, consider buying or building a fan speed controller. If noise is an issue, they can be a big help.

is that 170 cfm putting air through a filter?
so i am planning on using 400w hid
and i have a similar room size
so i should get a 170 cfm fan?
does this one look good?
whats the consensus on these?

Absolutely not! That fan you posted is a duct booster fan, not at all able to handle the static pressures required by a carbon scrubber. That fan will push 0-10cfm while under the load of the scrubber. The type of fan you want is an inline centrifugal fan, some suggested manufactures are: Vortex, Can Fan, and Econoline inline fans. You can also use squirrel cage blowers but they are harder to attach to ducting properly. These fans, while a bit more expensive, will save you a world of hurt in the long run.
