Aeropronics - When/How do I flush it? (First Grow)

Here's the aeropronic grow log.
Harvest should be within the month, and I have no idea how to flush an Aerogarden. Should I just empty it and water it pure distilled water? How long should I water it clear water? and finally, how do I know when my plant is two weeks away from harvest to begin the flush?
what do you think?

As far as how to tell if they are mature
About 1 to 2 weeks before harvest use just plain water.

with my aeroflo 60 i run a day of straight ro water through it to get rid of the excess nute water that did not fully drain and to rinse the roots before draining again and adding nute water. i do stop this bettween days 50-70 depending on strain because they can suck up to much water and fall over or if supported the branches may brake. the final flush comes 7-10 days before harvest depending on the plants condition. if the leaves arent full of chlorophyll i flush for 7 days if they are i go a whole 10. like i metioned before they may topple on the first day or two of flush from absorbing so much water so try and give them extra support before the problem hits.
