high pressure sodium?

you don't have a lot of options with indoor growing.. flourescents are basically for women and then you have metal halides, ceramic metal halides and high pressure sodiums

high pressure sodium is your standard flower power light the metal halide is for veg growth and the ceramic metal halide is newer technology and it's supposed to have a very good vegging spectrum and it also runs really cool

List form:
High Pressure Sodium
Metal Halide
T5 Florescent
T8 Florescent
T12 Florescent
Compact Florescent
Ceramic Metal Halide

I think thats about it for standard systems... Home depot should carry most of them, if not a local hydro store.
