Hey guys, im a newbie at growing indoor cannabis but thanks to this site i started to grow, first i bought some ak47 seeds then i build a grow cabinet for 1 plant with 2 fans(one is exhaoust) and with 2 CFLs(total 6255 lumen and 6500K)
my questions are: 1) the lights are enough or not? if not what should i do? 2) when should i start fertilizing?(she is 9 days old) 3) is she healthy?
here are the pictures
Thanks.

looks healthy ,and if i were you i would up grade the light to a small hps light, those cfl,s will work but you wont get the ruturn that a hps will give you ,and you can start feeding in 2 weeks to be safe and go easy to start
