1) If they haven't sprouted yet, they might not ever sprout. You can give them a little gentle help by following Sirius' popping technique.

2) Keep them evenly moist but not drenched

3) They definitely need fresh air. I wouldn't keep that saran wrap on for much longer. Air temperature should be around 74F with soil temperature closer to 80F. Humidity should be high until roots have developed to drink up the water.

4) They're not supposed to be brown.

Humidity is really only key for clones that you are trying to root.  When popping seeds the most important thing is having a good temp, moisture, and a strong enough light for the seedlings to grow up to.  The humidity dome would work fine while the seeds are still germinating to keep your mediums soil most, once you see the sprout pop out of the medium, i'd remove the dome as fresh air becomes more important at this point.

If it's been a week or so with the other seeds and they haven't popped, I'd write greenhouse seeds an email and complain.  Sounds like you got a bunk pack, especially if the other two popped already.

There not looking good but they can survive.

They will probably survive. Damaged cotyledons do not normally mean a damaged plant. When you transplant into medium, bury the stems. The stems will sprout roots. This will also create a stronger stem for subsequent growth, unlike the spindly stretched stems you have now.

Have a fen blow on them a little each day which should be happening when the fan to circulate air around the room comes on, You can also shake them a little each day if you don't have a fan in there. Wind movement is what strengthens stems outside.

There are numerous ways to strengthen a stem. I have buried mine in hydroton pellets like you suggest which worked fine (be careful of your water levels if you do this, rockwool holds a lot of moisture and if it's saturated for long periods of time, like in a DWC bucket with high water levels, you can get stem rot which is fatal.)

You can also gently grasp the base of the stem and give it a little shake every morning and night, this causes the plant to react to 'windy' conditions and increase stem strength.

The final, and probably best, way to help them out is to add a small muffin fan (computer fan) blowing at the seedlings, the wind will cause the plants to again, react 'windy' conditions and strengthen the stem.
