so say my buddy is trying to get his card. he's a brokeass, so he wants to say its a renewal. he said he's figuring the story would be that his old card ran out, he didnt have money for a renewal, so he had to go to regular doc for his back pain, where he got a script for 30 vicodin to tide him over until he could get his renewal. he does actually have that bottle (and did go to the doc for back pain that time but it was the first time ever, and also just being sick in general at the time) from the vicodin and it was filled less than a month ago. he's got the name of the doctor he will say he had before, with phone number and all, and if they check on it he can just throw his hands up in the air and say they must have lost his records because they were somewhat dodgy anyway.

so what if he just goes in as a new patient and brings the empty vicodin bottle as proof of his lower back pain? all legit?

yeah thats what i figured, i told him to just scrape together the extra money. but we agreed that the vicodin script would probably be k3y in getting a recommendation anyhow. he really does have back pain, he just doesnt have records to show how long its been or anything, he doesnt go to the doctor much.

haha just go in there and tell him he has back pains. pay the 105 dollars or whatever. and he will have a card. Well thats how it works in cali. You dont need any solid proof if you go to most doctors

you think just a single fill vicodin script (it was for 30 pills, filled a month ago) is gonna get him by though as far as showing he has a back pain problem? i thought you would have to have some serious shit like cancer or something

most doctors that give MJ cards in cali are down for the cause
they know that THC is a medicine for most woes and illnesses, something that makes you feel better overall with extremely limited detrimental effects has a great potential as a cure all of sorts. get your friend to look up a kind doctor on the internet and they will give him his card if he needs it.

Going in for a renewal isn't gonna work and they are gonna care less about the empty bottle of pills.
The doctors don't just dish out the cards cause they have to be able to show that you had some kind of condition or they and have been busted.
You have to see a normal doctor who says you have a certain condition then take that to doctor that gives scripts.
When you get the script you can go to the clubs but they call the number on the script almost every time. Doctors do not give out the cards. Once you have the script from the doctor then you take it to one of the places that gives cards.
