wouldn't the dixie cups be too small(root bound-I know hydro isnt as demanding as a lot of the work of feeding the plants is done by hydroponics)? I've seen similar pictures from you browsing shroomery.
Nah, since they were put into flowering as soon as they rooted the cups were fine. Hell I had one 5 feet tall growing in a dixie cup. The damn thing had to be flooded every hour.
but it can be done with soil also.

Well hooooooooooooold on a sec. Depends on how you're gonna grow. Now if you're planning a SOG grow then you want to go with the table. Bigger plants and buckets are the way to go.
