So I have a grow CFL grow cabinet I"m making out of an old subwoofer box. Only problem is the particle board is eating my pint of paint real damn quick. Friend (who isn't a smoker or a grower funnily enough) suggested I use some spray on chrome spray paint. Now would this be good, bad or indifferent? Should I just get some flat white spray paint?

I came to class stoned out of my mind every day, i chugged vodka in the back of class, i put dead fish in the ceiling tiles. i put a gallon of old milk and orange juice in the file cabinet before winter vacation. i brought snakes in a tied up sweater and let them loose during class. i didnt go to school to learn, i went because i had to. i didnt care, and i didn't fucking listen to that stupid bitch. and i still don't fucking care. i tore the pages out of her books and burned them, and threw away all the books in the class, two books per day.
Touche to all. Realized my problem. Mostly cause I got in a semi-argument with the guy back in wiring and lighting trying to "explain" what I'm doing. The paint can says Flat so I ASSUMED "flat white". Nope. Just flat. Dries like Elmers. Clear >.<.
Well a can of spray paint later it is now flat white. By the by one can goes a very little way. Barely got the inside done. Also probably inhaled more fumes than I should have. Fine motor control is a little wonky. Anyone got any ideas how to cover three pretty sizable holes in the front? My idea was just plain poster board. I've got one computer fan in the back pulling air out and I'd like a fan (squirrel cage or multiple computer fans) in front pushing air in but the "how" of it right now is escaping me. I really have no tools to make new holes or widen existing ones unfortunately.
