I'd recommend a CBD or CBDV hemp strain.  If the aggression is coming from psychosis, the CBD/CBDV will help you chill out by increasing your anandamide levels, and the roughly 1% THC in the mix shouldn't be enough to bother you at all.

I play football for the Rams and like THC but I have to knock into people hard.  I will be crippled later in life.
