Ive heard all the reasons about site preservation and all. But, the nature of the forum yields incriminating info out of almost everyone. It seems unfair to force someone to incriminate themselves permanently because of a ban. Thats like escalating from punishing online to potentially fucking up someones life IRL.
I dont care to hear the arguments against it, thats just my feedback. You want to keep doing permabans fine, your website go for it, but it shouldn't be used as a way to extort or blackmail people.
Surely its not impossible for the post deletion button to be made accessible from the locked or banned state. Would be nice.
I dont have much to worry about but obviously this issue has come up many times before yet theres still no solution.
Im definitely not feeling the energy to share anything personal here ever again. Yeah I know how I reacted in my situation but teeehehehe thats so fucking cute how the people directly involved immediately locked out every possible way for me to say or do anything about it especially after trying to accuse me of hiding. Hypocritical.
