I guess its all about when you decide to wake up
-------------------- Bassui wrote the following letter to one of his disciples who was about to die:
"The essence of your mind is not born, so it will never die. It is not an existence, which is perishable. It is not an emptiness, which is a mere void. It has neither color nor form. It enjoys no pleasures and suffers no pains.
"I know you are very ill. Like a good Zen student, you are facing that sickness squarely. You may not know exactly who is suffering, but question yourself: What is the essence of this mind? Think only of this. You will need no more. Covet nothing. Your end which is endless is as a snowflake dissolving in the pure air."

Idk if I told you guys or not but I let a out of state hunter hunt and track on my property this year and all I asked for in return was just a little bit of meat...he ended up professionally cutting and packaging like a whole deers worth o.o anyway it SMELLS SO FUCKING GOOD right now as I just started dehydrating the cuts I had marinating
Recipe I used(makes 1lb): 1lb sliced deer meat(cut against the grain for easy chew, cut with the grain for more jerky chew) 1/4 cup soy sauce 2tbsp wocestershire sauce* 1/4 cup beef stock 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2tsp ginger powder 1/2gsp garlic powder* 1tsp liquid smoke 1/4tsp curing salt(optional)
Edit: oh and I ground some of this and put in it
*(I added a tad more cos I love that shit lol)

Do it, you can't go wrong. Just get some soy sauce and worcestershire sauce as a base and make your own(you can add cracked peppers or ground hot peppers or teriyaki etc)

i was hoping maybe Python or something in that realm so i could write from and for Linux but still maintain professional validity. Ideally later being able to work on something like SCRUM.

Python and C++ are great languages to get familiar with.
Python is probably a little more intuitive, and a lot easier to set up and test small test programs, which is honestly the easiest way (at least for me) to get a feel for a new coding language.
