I ate a big bowl of Chile and a 320 calorie blueberry smoothie
Slammed a bowl of jello, basically ate like a ignorant redneck
I am back up to 228.2 
Today is juiced carrots n a apple for breakfast
A nanner for lunch
And a small seared tuna or salmon chunk
I gotta feel some hunger pains today and tomorrow
I am brining a small turkey for Thursday

Intermittently fast. Don't eat anything in the mornings. Wait at least 5 hours from waking up to eat anything. Only have water. 1 cup of coffee if you absolutely must. Exercise within your limits at least 30 min a few times per week. Get healthy

Oh yeah the first few months that of me doing it(not by choice) was hell  but because of it I am way more healthy than my peers....and I'm Un(covid19)vaccinated, is the vaccine only for people who don't exercise?..... ancient astronaut theorists say: yes

In theory it could be possible because of time dilation. But I highly dought that is the case  (when I was a kid my brother and I had a close encounter with a genuine flying saucer and saw it take off at light speed like star trek, believe me or not we both witnessed it, I don't believe, I know one of two things has to be true: 1. Aliens exist. Or 2. We have technology eons beyond what the public is told....or they could both be true who knows)
