Was doing some research on something totally different, but this article caught my eye. Poor home owner!
Two men are arrested on marijuana related charges after a Thursday night burglary.
Around 10 PM on Thursday night, officers responded to a burglary in progress at 216 Johnson in Elkhart. A suspect in a ski mask carrying a large bag was seen running from the house.
Police then found Juan Trujillo, 21, of South Bend hiding in a nearby van with over 30 pounds of marijuana, along with other evidence related to the burglary. Trujillo was arrested for burglary and possession of marijuana.
Sergio Fernandez the renter of the burglarized home, walked up to the house, and told police his sister had called the police for him because the intruders had forced entry through the back door. While officers searched the house for other suspects, they found 416 grams of marijuana in the house along with a shotgun and a rifle. Fernandez, 30, of Elkhart was then arrested for possession of marijuana
and so THEY are the ones that take the marijuana when the DEA confiscates it.... Interesting... Take the fruits of someone else's labor and trying to duplicate it.

“You see this glass bong?” asks Achaan Chaa, the Thai meditation master. “For me this glass is already broken. I enjoy it; I smoke out of it. It holds my water admirably, sometimes even reflecting the sun in beautiful patterns. If I should tap it, it has a lovely ring to it. But when I put this glass bong on the shelf and the wind knocks it over or my elbow brushes it off the table and it falls to the ground and shatters, I say, ‘Of course.’ When I understand that the glass is already broken, every moment with it is precious.”[/quote]
