Turnt out fucking amazing!
Ate leftovers for lunch ,
Got some jasmine rice n broccoli gonna cook those up and eat some leftovers with that too!
Smoked with hickory wood chunks from 750am to 550pm @ 275° came out at 210° degrees

The weather is getting so damn nice in my neck of the woods, I want to cook over an open fire sometime soon and maybe camp out at the creek.

No unfortunately not, gonna have to make up for it next week n grill out on my charcoal grill that I only exclusively cook with wood chunks on
