I forgot to mention I have a mag landrace plant that has only grown 3 finger leaves since sprouting.
Here are the close ups to the original post.

I couldn't wait either, so I harvested one of my plants early. It turned out pretty fluffy. Don't be me!
The other plants that I let go, all developed bud rot. I think I'm done with outdoor growing...

I'd really like to try outdoor growing again now that I'm out in a very dry climate.
I'd only be able to grow fast-finishing varieties, it goes from 95-105F days in the summer to frosty nights by late September/early October.
My living room has 15-20ft ceilings, I bet I could get a hell of tree going with some supplemental lighting during the winter

It was always a challenge for me to find strains that finished in time around here, so this year I resorted to autos. I think I would have been alright if I had a greenhouse to keep the rain off of them.
Growing a tree in your living room sounds like fun. You can decorate it and put nicely wrapped gifts under the foliage during the holidays

So I looked at my mag landrace leaves closer and they are not deformed 1 fingers they are just duck foot....if I would have paid more attention during veg I would have made clones .....is it still possible to clone a flowering plant and then revert it back to veg?

Yes, look up monster cropping. You will want to take more clones than usual, as the success rate is normally a bit lower. The sooner you do it the better your chances.
On the other hand, taking clones from outdoor plants is a great way to bring bugs into your indoor garden. I wouldn't attempt it unless you can quarantine the clones while you clean them up.

Damn you're right.....fuck. I live literally surrounded by forest. Keeping bugs out is a real chore which I've been good at so far. Better to not bring any in for sure thanks for the info though as I didnt know it was even possible .

I found 2 more seeds in a lower branch I cut off cos the buds were small and not worth the plants precious energy, now I can try out a small indoor grow AND have good genetics to work with next season

Nobody should be hurting for good genetics in this day and age. Plenty of people are willing to send you their testers in exchange for grow reports, if you know who to ask. I recently saw on another forum someone was giving seeds to any newbies who didn't have anything good to grow. The homegrown cannabis community can be very generous.
I bet you could even find someone to trade you seeds for spores!
How's that indoor grow coming along, have you decided on a grow method yet?

Update
Here is a frosty shot of the tall girl I just took. I have not checked the mag yet as I am barefoot and don't feel like putting on shoes as I love the feeling of earth under my feet
Edit: here is what I used:
Nutrients: Dihydrogen Oxide
Lighting: the sun

I can't see the trichomes up close to check their color, so I wouldn't know if she's ready for harvest.
I suggest a jeweler's loupe or a $20 pocket microscope and check the trichome colors.

I have one ordered....however I noticed some sort of small silky web on one of the tops so I cut it off, checked the rest, and just harvested. In a few spots it looked like there were amber trichomes to the naked eye so I called it. (Plus I don't want to risk the whole plant getting infested)
Edit: the tall lady smells like a creamy tropical fruit which is weird cos I didn't buy any tropical fruit smelling bud at the dispensary lol
