 Mouth-swab drug screens?

My Parole Office has switched from urine tests over to mouth-swab tests.
With the urine tests, I had to wait about 3 weeks to pass.
Does anyone here know how accurate these mouth-swab tests are?
I've been told that 24-48 hours is long enough.
Does anyone know how accurate this information is? Are 48 hours enough or should I give it a full 7-10 days?

I had to stop smoking for probation.
They didn't test for shrooms. Thank God.

I can get literally ANY drug I want in prison; meth, coke (powder and crack), weed, heroin .... ANY drug you want can be found in EVERY prison in the US.

It's a fairly simple request.
I know that back around 2013/14 they were only accurate for about 48 hours for cannabis.
Does anyone know if they have gotten any better, or is 48 hours the threshold for cannabis detection in spit?

The last mouth swab test I had was back in late 2019 for an amazon warehouse job. I don't know if "parole" mouth swab tests are more sensitive, but I did hella dabs the night before the test. I brushed my teeth like 2 times the next day and gargled with some alcoholic mouth wash. I passed the test.
Everything I read about mouth swab tests states that they are only really good at detecting CURRENT drug use. Like, if you went to your car during a lunch break, smoked, came back to work high, then you will fail.
