Good marijuana strain for back pain?

Hello,

New member looking to learn as much as possible to grow marijuana for medical and entertainment.

What would be a beginner friendly strain to grow with a high content of CBD? I don't mind higher THC as well :cool:

While most of the stores are legally selling high THC in my country, the selection on very high CBD is very reduced :frown:.

Which one of the following strains Bubba Monster Cookies, R-4, Harlequin OG would be a good strain for a beginner? Any other suggestions?
