By popped I meant cooked to the point of a few splitting open.
Also how much water do u normally use in your cooker for this cycle? Cuz I got moisture under my foil,  is that normal?

A few popped grains would not matter. But if there's a lot it could lose a problem.

I use about an inch or so of water. And some moisture is to be expected. But if you see pools of water I would be concerned.

So I got 3 jars going strong but the others Nada.  Say I get only 3 should I cut the substrate recipe I spawn to or just use the 3 following the same tek?

I would cut it down. Or if you want you can PC some more jars and do  grain to grain transfer with those jars that have growth.
