Venting in apartment through drywall and out brick possible?

2 br apartment is ghetto so windows have to stay closed. Can't hook up to bathroom exhaust. No dryer vent available. Backwall of growroom is just thin layer of drywall and then brick. Can I cut a 6" diameter hole in drywall and drill holes in concrete for concealed ventilation? Thanks

If You have the right tools, but that's loud as hell. Dehumidifiers and C02 work great.

yeah that's not the best idea, you'd get pest coming in
try looking for a cheap co2 filter to turn on twice a day

If you were planning on running sealed with co2, you'd need an air conditioner, preferably a mini split. Not sure you'd want to install one in an apartment.
What I do is vent from my tent into the rest of my house. It's cold in the winter so excess heat is rarely a problem. If you go this route and heat is a concern, I'd recommend switching to high quality LEDs. You can get by with less wattage so they'll run cooler.

I ended up tearing wall. There was a carboard layer then a 2" space to brick with air flowing coimg in. I attacked vent to hole in wall and it vents between wall and brick to outside
