Looks like nitrogen deficiency. At 4 weeks you should be at full strength nutes and start backing them off at week 6 and by week 8 or 9 (strain depending) should be just straight water or nutrient flush. But the black spots with the yellowing could be mites as well since you mentioned it, as well as nute deficiency. Check the leave super close with a magnifying glass and see if your have your pests under control. And up your nutes to full strength for a few waterings and see if that don't help the issue. Again this is just in my experience. Your experience may vary. But it'd be a good starting point.
Yeah definitely a mg deficiency. It's been so long since I've had to differentiate different deficiencies just by glance I went for nitrogen. Good call Cannabrainz!
