I'm looking for reasons to NOT purchase this light. Has anyone out there had any experiences with one?

Personally I'd stay away from blurples. If you're looking for a solid LED light, I'd recommend quantum boards, specifically the QB 96 Elite v2. If you can DIY a frame and some wiring, you can build a light that pulls 700 watts at the wall for fairly cheap.
For a 4x4 space;
4 x QB 96 v2 - $300
2 x HLG-320H-54a Drivers - $160
Plus 18 gauge solid wire, wagos, splice connectors, plugs, and aluminum angle for the frame.
If you're running co2 you'll need an additional 2 QB's and a driver per 4x4 to push the ppfd up to 1000+.
