Each light is 280 watts. Two would be adequate for your space, but three would be better.
With blurples you want to shoot for 50w/sqft. With higher quality lighting like QBs you can get by with 30w/sqft.
Your money would be better spent on some Chinese quantum board clones. They use the same diodes as HLG but are a fraction of the cost. An HLG 550v2 clone is $280 usd plus shipping. You'll have to contact them for a shipping quote if you choose to go this route:

One of those lights would cover your tent about as well as two of the ones you linked. Ideally you'd want two 550s run soft, one over each 1x1, for better efficiency and coverage, but one in the middle would work just fine to start with.
