With an aditional 12in x12in led panel (1395 lum total) ( ?kelvin ) (45watt)
And that is my lighting for Vegetative. BUT!... What should i do for flower? I was thinking of adding 2 more (6000k) (1050lum) White led spotlights. only because there just laying around i figure id put em to use but ive heard the Red color spectrum would be better for flower Should i go with the white led spotlights for flower or get Red led bulb instead?? Help plz & Thank you
Those small LED panels are not very effective, so as many watts of LED you can find would help.

you'll have to experiment and see. I think all four of them would work best.

I think getting a good grow light would be best. I've never Concerned myself with kelvin when it comes to LED's. But if that the numbers you're into 6000 to 10000 Kelvin proves best in veg and 2000 to 400O Kelvin proves best in flowering. PAR is the best numbers to go by when it cones to making the plants happy.
