Timer issue...did I stress out my plants?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I still consider myself a beginner with only 3 grows of 6 plants total (2 plants each grow) under my belt. I have 2 Green Crack Auto plants growing right now, both sprouted at 2/5. So now here's the problem I have just encountered. I was in the room that leads to the room where my grow space is. I noticed the lights turned off because the door to the grow room is not totally sealed off. I checked my timer and for some reason there was one 15 minute increment flipped off. So everyday at 12:45 my lights went off for 15 minutes. I don't know how long it was like this. I'm thinking atleast a month when I switched from 24 hours of light to 20 on and 4 off. Do you think my plants will be ok? Lol I feel like an idiot asking this. They look fine, but the one flowered unusually early, and the other just started to. Maybe that had something to do with it?
