So Ethos Genetics is documenting how they pheno hunt on a commercial scale. Pretty neat to see how those large seed companies do the hunt, lol. I'll update the thread when they post new pics.
Yup the days of growing out a hundred seeds just to find one keeper are behind us when we can buy the best clone of a thousand plus plant hunt.
Under the new laws that come into effect on Cannabis day opps I mean Canada day July 1st 2018 companies will be able to sell clones. Not only will you be able to test the strains but also buy clones of the same plant. Note not all cannabis companies will do this but if your a grower then you can buy weed only from companies that also offer clones
And with legal breeders with licenses now being able to grow thousands of plants to test for outstanding Phenotype the new strains will only get better.
Interesting. I think they baby their seedlings a little to much or more then needed but better safe then sorry.

That's all well and good, but if the breeder is doing there job in the first place they should be stabilizing the strain before release to begin with. A well bred and stabilized strain should give you no more than 3 different phenos at the very worst of it. If you are having to go through hundreds of seeds that you purchased to find a good strain, they're just pollen chucking and calling it something new.
Magash, I finally have some of your genetics going this round. A few of your ManEater are at about 6 weeks of flowering.
