I wouldnt call it natural. Because its a chemical process of turning into achohol. Natural in my book is something you can just walk up to and pluck and eat and trip balz

So occurring natural does not make it natural? If it is created in a natural process(fermentation) then it is natural.
Weed has to grow(a process) so I guess that isn't natural either. You can't just eat the seeds.

but then we run into the problem of:
are you drinking naturally occurring alcohol, or alcohol made in a distillery? the same for natural chemicals that can be synthetically made... 
but honestly, just because somethings natural doesn't mean it's better, plenty of natural occurring things that can kill you.
so who cares if its natural or not. let's get fucked up
