When should you start the germination of your seeds if you want to grow out doors? I'm looking for a time table on out door growing.

it will all depend on where you live. when is the last frost in your area?

According to that map, it frosts in mendocino county, CA. But contrary to that I've read in a few places that it doesn't frost in mendocino at all, it only gets to a minimum of 40.
Input? Anyone live around there?

it's actually "frost potential," meaning that it's quite possible that those southerly zones won't see a frost, but every few years they'll get one. like hearing about all the citrus trees getting blasted in florida once in awhile on the news. if they DO get one, it'll most likely fall between those dates.

You'd want a mostly indica strain for their fast flowering times. Try to get something you can harvest Oct 1st or before.
