I know that Mexican shwag strain does really well. I saw a Super Silver Haze grown in Palm Desert, CA in High Times. I have grown the Mexican shwag indoors and it is just vigorous as hell! It stretched on me and almost touched the bulb and it barely burned. It has a decent yield and it matures fast! It's not very potent. It smelled like hay and I enjoyed growing it.

I'd love to grow a Thai hermaphrodite in Palm Springs or Palm Desert. I don't know if they can handle the dry weather and that heat together combined as one.

Why would you want to grow a hermi? The likely hood of Thai surviving in Palm Springs is pretty slim but I do hear ya I love Thai strains.

My mom got these red buds that were supposed to be Thai. I think it was probably Panama red. Anyhow, it was full of seeds and it was maph. I planted a garden in Palm Springs and everything burned up.

You probably think it's funny that my garden burned up but it was heartbreakin'. The indicas were the first to go. It gets so DAMNED HOT!

Well look for Afghani and strains from Pakistan and you can find one that can take the heat. I'm less then 50 miles from Palm Springs I know all about the heat there.
