Pretty sore legs today..... ripped all around this city for hours on bike yesterday.
But I fueled up proper all night and morning. Just popp'd some stims, gonna run a 8k in 30 mins.... i could easily lay on the could all day, but fuck that fgt shit.
But pushing my body to its limit and exhuastion, is the most relaxing part of my day

I broke my pinky toe recently, but I'm still getting 12-20 miles a day. Other than some work around the house, it should be a relaxing weekend. My dogs get lazy as hell when the weather is bad.

goddam thats alot of miles.... nicely done!
Ive been giving it hard all week after taking it pretty easy for 2 weeks (traveling and sick)
Im gonna give'er shit for next 6 weeks and try and make some nice gains. Im taking lots of supplements right now and experimenting with a sarm cycle for the first time. Hoping to gain 5+ lb in this 6 week cycle.
Im focusing alot more on heavy lifts and doing shit like deadlifts now. Ive always been into heavy dumbell im now getting into heavy barbell shit
Ill take some pics soon of my personal gym i made in my basement too

Thanks. I average a minimum of 85 miles per week. It seems like a lot, but you definitely build sort of a tolerance. I need to get into jogging and other routines, as well.

Its nothing fancy but starting to aquire more and more stuff. I hope to have a NICE home gym in the future with lots of power lifting stations
I grabbed this cheap chin up bar from walmart.... does the job well. I use it every second workout (10 sets total)
These are my dumbells. I got a single 20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70,75 (plus adjustable ones). I prefer the iron ones for full body exercies like goblet squat or woodchops
My barbell curl station (easy curl bar). I hit this once a week... usually 5x5
My deadlift station.
I suck at deadlift, just started doin em... they are a wicked compound exercise that get you thick and strong. So i gotta start at the bottom and work my way up. hopefully ill be deadlifting 3-400lb easy soon
I built this box a few months ago.... I use it for my pushups (every second workout). I put my feet on the box and bang out 15-25 reps. The blocks are for my wrist (flat handed hurts my wrist)
I also use it for my planks (i do 3x 2min every workout)
I picked up this guy a few months ago.... Its a pretty cool punching bag. u can beat the fuck outta "bob" till ur dead tired. Great workout and a good way to learn striking and shit
Im building a dip station this week like this....
Should be pretty easy to build.
I usually use that wood bench for dips but recently read how bad bench dips are on the shoulder. So i decided to build a lil dip station
People will say you need machines, and bla bla bla...
Fuck using machines, they limit you in many ways and can cause injury over time. Barbell/Dumbell > Machines.
Dont use a machine, be the machine
A guy only really needs a few dumbells and or a kettle bell to get a great workout. I Train more like a convict rather then a gym rat. alot of full body shit, and body weight exerices.

Just got back from a 6mile run. my time was 2 mins from my PR so im not breakin records but still killin it
This weeks workouts ive also done: I did deadlifts on monday, 100lb lounges on wed, 65lb goblet squats yesterday, then ran today. So needless to say my lower half is stiff and sore
my goal is to go hard for next 6 weeks.... 3 full body workouts a week, plus running 2x a week.
Lets see how long i go till my first injury (last 2 month stunt i got 3 injuries lol). I got hard tho. Injuries is all part of it. If your not pushing yourself to your limit your just pussy footing. Gotta make big changes to see big results!

I'm getting ready for a nice, cloudy hike with the dogs. Since it's cool out, we'll probably get 5-10 miles.

sweet equipment man
Been getting lazy lately for some dumb reason, just finished school so I don't wanna do shit. Been hitting the gym every few days as to not lose the motivation but it's dwindling.
getting back up tho!

Im on day 5 of this ostarine serm. So far im feeling great mentally, healing a lil faster the usual, and its increased my workload in the gym. This shit is supose to REALLY kick in by day 10. Im excited to see how it goes

I've only done ten miles so far, but I'll probably get another five or more by the end of the night. It would be more, but it's been pissing rain all day, so my morning hike with the dogs was a little short.
I've been hoping to find some weights at a garage sale, but no luck yet. A punching bag would be awesome.
