I felt the same and never bothered to touch this stuff for a long time, but i'm telling you its something else. Pure, intense flavor that hits like a train.
You can make it last a good while too.

I'm a strong supporter of flower and bubble hash or dry sift, but I bet this is nice.
All this stuff has a time and place, but I feel like flower is still what I love best.

I take back my earlier statement that live resin is better than vaped flower..but its just about the same.

I've had access to an astonishing amount of live resin over the last few years. My roommate is a hash maker. He is really really into it, and i've been his quality control for over 3 years. There are a number of things we have taken note of in regards to live resin. When the plant is processed fresh, without any drying or curing time, the terpenes don't seem to have time to fully develop to the maturity they do on properly dried and cured flowers. Then, when that fresh material is processed, it will be without some of the terps that you'd find in a perfectly processed flower. They are also weaker than they would be if the plant had been dried, trimmed, and then the buds processed. Additionally, this freshness of material adds a certain flavor profile that is present in every 'live resin' strain I have smoked. That's true whether I buy it for $50 for a HALF GRAM or if I grow it myself and have my roommate process it fresh. It's a unique flavor profile that I've only encountered with live resin. The starting material is everything with cannabis concentrates. Live resin isn't the end all be all of extracts, but it certainly adds a new and unique profile to the menu. That's always nice. Anyone ever heard of Dabblicious? Or Hashy Larry, or Loud Pack Extracts? They are killing the game. They cost as much as a gram of coke or molly though. About $80-100 per gram. It's incredible though. If you are in SoCal or norcal you can find em at a dispensary. Highly recommend Strawberry Banana and Tits by Dabblicious and Jack Herer and the Strawberry Banana live resin both by Loud Pack Extracts.

Only commercially available extracts I'm familiar with is Papa Bear, and that shit is always tops when I get some.
Never tried the live resin still. I always let my scissor hash chill in a jar for a few days before ripping it, and it tastes way better than straight off the blade into the bowl, but that's probably different anyway.
