Ironically, before the obamacare slaughter in the 2010 election, there were enough votes to do it.
The Governor at the time said that he would have signed it.
We had to decide to move to New Mexico to get access to medical marijuana .
They have a great program now, there were growing pains, no pun intended.
Gov Susana Martinez originally said that she was going to work to end the program but has actually directed her staff to assist in carrying out the law to help the now 20,000 patients state wide.
Every year , they add 3 or 4 conditions to the approved list of disorders.
New Mexico is a large geographic state with a smaller population .
1.99 million, less than the Philadelphia metro area.
I feel bad for the folks in Pa., many of them had worked for years on Medical Marijuana only to have it caught in the wake of the chum-gang presidents health care law.
The stooge that was still hassling the medical marijuana folks in California for the first 2 years of his so called leadership.
I know it is expensive to move across country, but the medical marijuana and the vitamin D rich sunshine here was worth it.
Also, the people are very sunny and warm , that in itself is helpful !

budget impasse is holding up everything and wolf is cocksucker that just told the people what they wanted to hear to get elected.. hope him and his entourage motorcade flip over a hillside on the turnpike. fuck this state.
