Will this grow work?

I have a closet i have sectioned out into a 400W HPS flowering room (4'X3'X4'), a 4x(23W) CFL veg room (1'X3'X2'), and a small, 45W CFL veging clones box. The veg rooms have small fans circulating air into the flower room, which is fairly well ventilated. (Into an attic).
I plan to clone 12 clones from a mother Super Skunk im growing, and start there. I want to veg them For about 2 weeks in the small 45W box, in solo cups, then move to 1-gallon pots in the CFL veg room for another 2 weeks, take 1 clone from each to start again, then move into the 400W HPS flower room for another 4 weeks, still in the 1-gallon pots.
I want to simply grow in soil, and with this create clones every 2 weeks and harvest perpetually every 2 weeks from 10-12 small 3 month old plants. (I plan on building an aeroponic cloner for fast cloning)
Will this work? Any suggestions?

With a space that small your gonna need to use a different method, look up sea of green, will chop out your veg time and still give you a decent yeild in that space

Be sure to prevent light leaking into the flower room. Light leaks are one the leading causes of hermies.
Also when you say fairly well ventilated into the attic. I hope you ean by fan, and filter if smell is a concern. Make sure you have enough air flow so the plants have enough fresh air.

Just a heads up. But it's gonna take more than 4 weeks to flower to maturity.

Woops.. Typo. I meant 8 weeks flower. Every 2 weeks i make clones, And every 2 weeks i harvest. ~20 being in veg ~40 in flower at all times.
I use a 250 CFM for flower room (smell is no concern), a 100 CFM for veg, and a pc fan For veg box. They all stay 76-81 degrees f.
However, im having trouble light sealing it. The 100CFM 4" inline booster fan for the veg box Emits a lot of light, as does the 4" square passive intake on the other corner.
The clone box emits a fair amount of light as well
And theres of course the light coming from door frame...

You ever hear of a flipbox set up?
two grow tents, two 1kw lights, one exhaust system, only one light is on at a time, and the exhaust and filters always kickin, in order to prevent light leaks you use a SOLID Y adaptor on the ducting between tents.
I'm thinking you could use somthing similar? maybe 2 90's?
