I have panic attacks that feel like heart attacks. It started happening multiple times a day, usually while driving, laying down for bed, or after hiking for a while. Other than feeling really shaky, I'm fine after a few minutes.
Although it feels like imminent death, I can realize the symptoms, and ride it out. Have you thought about seeking help for anxiety/panic disorder?

Sounds like a theme is developing, Mof. Maybe you should take a month or two away from the forums and seek some professional advice so you don't have to deal with the symptoms of this in the future.
Also, stop trying to diagnose yourself by shit you read online.
Frankly you don't have the education to do that and you're likely to give yourself another panic attack trying to self-diagnose yourself with another potentially life-threatening condition. Since you're not going to listen to that though, maybe you should try reading up a bit about anxiety and panic. It would be better to have a back-and-forth conversation about it with a knowledgeable professional however. Speculating so much cannot be helping your anxiety.

I just think that since I was in the hospital when I had my lung injury and high blood pressure that lead to the panic attack.
Glad I didn't hang up the EMS or they would have sent cops to my house lol
