Will that be tall enough for a veg tent?

Or should I get the 4 tube set up and a bigger tent for vegging?

id get a taller tent for sure. once you figure your light distance from the canopy and the height of your pots. your going to be lucky to have a foot of grow space with a 35 inch tall tent. you could make the smaller one work if you had to but the more space the better.

Heigth is definitely always an issue with tents.  I have 8 foot ceilings in my grow room and have had to raise the lights to max heigth a few times.
