You are a man of men, those Carolina Reapers are no laughing matter hot. Co-worker of mine plays with those and ghost in his home made wing sauce and one or two go along way.
I have had the trinidad scorpion in sauce as well and it is just too hot. That is amazing you eat ghost like that. For me hot food is more of a pain is pleasure thing but everyday I cannot do. Plus it is a reason to have lots of beer!
