I go to the walmart to pick up some groceries and there are these homeless guys that hang there all the time. Right now they are panhandling rather hard and I gave em a couple of bucks and the gave me shit cause they said I wasn't giving enough. Well tonight I went to the store to get some crap but this time I prepared. I loaded up all the cans I had of expired cans of food and crap. Some my GF had in there were 4 years expired.
I put them in a walmart bag and went to the store. I gave the homeless guys 6 bucks in singles cause that's all the singles I had and they gave me shit again. I loaded up the groceries I just bought and left the one with the expired cans in the cart where there was no way in hell they were gonna miss it when my truck drove off. Bad or not bad?

What assholes. This is why I don't give pan handlers money. If I think the guy is truly homeless I'll give them did ie clothing. But fuck the assholes that sit at the Cuthbert all day asking for money, especially the kids who have actually chosen it as their life style

No, the part I'm saying is wrong is the cans of food were 4 years expired. I put them in a walmart bag and then left them in the cart to make it look like I left a bag in the cart by mistake cause they had hassled me before. I figured if they hassle me again I leave the bag, if not I go home and dump it off. They hassled me so I left the bag. I was hoping they would get botulism or something.
There are some in the bag from 2009

The real question is, why do you have exp cans? Those take years and years and years to expire which means you had those cans since the 80s.

Unfortunately, if the cans were processed correctly, even after 10 years it's unlikely they would develop botulism. Nice try, however. They may get some extra BPA or chemicals from the lining having been exposed to the food for all that time.

those are some greedy asshole bums, they only ask for loose change here. Today there was a guy at the convenient store who normally sells paper in the median but instead was opening the door for anyone going into or coming out of the convenient store.
He wasn't even asking for money! I had just gotten off work so I had my trailer attached to my truck and had my landscaping/irrigation tools and instead of asking for money he asked for work. I gave him the change I had on me which was less than a dollar and he thanked me. Fuck those ungrateful bums near you.

I really can't believe that you gave them a few DOLLARS and they bitched about it not being enough? I wonder if it's because if someone gives that much they feel like they can get more, OR because it's a really rich area?
I give the homeless people the change in my pocket, and they are usually fairly grateful.

I'd go glue a few quarters on the ground at the store where they hang out. Go bright and early before the store opens and the bums wake up. And maybe spread around a little dog shit where they sit but that gets into being really mean.
