It was about 10 years ago when I was a homeless drug addict. I was approached by a businessman who gave me a couple of dollars and asked me to come with him for lunch. I followed him and we ended up going through the back of an old building.

He wraps a belt around my arm and tells me to relax, I knew what was coming next he shot me up with some good H and loosened me up a bit., Next thing I know he began spraying me with this foul smelling yellow liquid., it burned my skin and he began to peel the top layer off like a nasty sunburn from head to the bottom of the soles of my feet.
I'm chilled out still, but a little freaked at this point., He takes me to a room in the back where there's a large black tub of... well I'm still not sure, I think it was petroleum... kinda made a reflective rainbow of sorts, see through all the while but strangely dark and black.
He tells me to sit down in the tub and I slowly lower into the tub, can't feel much but my skin begins to lightly glow yellow... and I do mean Glow. I began to feel a bit shitty and then, a little nauseous And then.... nothingness. It was as if I blacked out, but I was awake at the same time. And then the blackness turned to lightness. A slight magenta tone overcame everything and then I was back into place in the tub... only it was full of water now and the man was gone.
Not only that but my hair had grown back, my skin was fine and I must have lost fourty pounds., When I went outside it was snowing, cold and windy., I was absolutely baffled, when I went in it was summer. I walked around a bit, naked and afraid, covering my bits all the while. Eventually a police officer stopped me and took me into his car, took me to the station and got my story. I tried to repeat it the best I could... He asked if I had any contacts and I told him I didn't have any... and then all of a sudden he went away and conferred with some other police officers. They produced a poster looking for a lost person and asked if it was me... It was my name and everything but... I was happy in the photo... I was baffled. Eventually a slim looking woman came down to the office with a stunned look on her face. She hugged me tightly and told me how much she missed me.
She drove me to a nice house in the suburbs and I got dressed in some stranger's clothes, And tried to play out some stranger's life... I read my own facebook, talked to my own friends trying to ask them "fun things about me". And used weird questionnaires to try and figure things about my new life.
It didn't work... She didn't know who I was anymore and left me a month later. Someone called me telling me I hadn't been to my job in a month and I was fired.. things began to fall apart fast and I had to sell my things. I tried to make the best of it, dressed in my finest suit and went downtown looking for a job.. and then all of a sudden. I saw a familiar person sitting on the street corner. It was me... so I took myself to the building and repeated the whole thing over again.... no idea what the fuck I was doing.
I sat in a bar after that contemplating what to do next... I was so confused, my life just spun out of control in such a short time. I had so many questions... What would my life had been like. who did this to me? Why did this happen? Did I travel in time? Who am I?... I've been living on the money from selling the house ever since.. really just living by myself. What happened?
I've told this tale a few times, but nobody has an answer... most people think i'm full of shit.
