i posted this on my grow log but am hoping maybe i will get an answer in here. are those pistils starting to form? they look like it but this is my first grow so i'm unsure.
it's hard to tell though, it's still very small. maybe with a better pic? or again in a couple days...
BUT you do have the beginning of alternate nodes, which means the plant is sexually mature. you will definitely have plenty of very obvious flowers very soon.
-------------------- "Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of temperance. It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A Prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded." - Abraham Lincoln

I don't think that's a preflower. It does look like it's beginning to alternate like yrat said, but your plant is still pretty young. Just keep your eye on it.
