Conditions for drying marijuna

Hello friends, my dog is going to be harvesting some plant matter that is similar to marijuana. My dog is considering drying in a few different places and would like some clarification on some things. Would drying my marijuana outdoors be a possibility? (My dog lives in an area with similar weather conditions to south florida). The temperature ranges from 60%-40% during the day time but can rise up to the 70s and peaking at 8AM sometimes at up to 85%

I wouldn't if I were you, but your dog can probably get away with it, since dogs don't know how to smoke weed anyway.

High humidity will slow the drying process significantly which can increase the risk of moldy bud. High humidity with high heat is a recipe for moldy buds, so make sure you have a stiff breeze in the area if you must dry outdoors and those are the conditions you have to work with. Of course, a stiff breeze can potentially over-dry your bud, and outdoors can also land a lot of dust and other particulate matter on your buds that you wouldn't want, in which case a screened container may be in order, to allow air to pass through but not as much other gunk. Try to keep them out of the direct sunlight, as that may also degrade the quality of the bud.

Thanks for the advice. I think i'm going to go with the tent idea and hook up a few fans inside.
