Leaves yellowing/falling off early during flowering...

So my last four plants started doing this, 3 were clones, one was from seed. It starts happening during the 2nd-4th week of flowering and by the 6th week almost every leaf is already yellow and a good portion have already fallen off.
They finish fine and buds look great for harvest but this has me thinking that they're not reaching their full potential. I haven't changed anything in my routine other than moving them from veg to flower when they're smaller...do smaller plants yellow faster?
I also religiously check my PPM/PH before feeding and watering and also check the runoff and everything is fine there so why are my plants all of a sudden using the nutes from the leaves instead of the nutes in my soil while Im still feeding?
Soil Growers: 1. Are you growing from seed or clones? Both
2. How old are your plants? Varies
3. How tall are your plants? move to flower @ 17-20", they maybe grow another 5-6 during flower
4. What size containers are they planted in? 3.5 gallon
5. What is your soil mix? Half FFOF, half Kelloggs Patio Plus
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering? Water every 5-7 days, tap water that has sit at least 48 hours, 1/2 - 1 gallon.
7. What is the pH of your water? 6-6.5
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? FF Big Bloom, Grow Big (usually only once), and AN Big Bud
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? No
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") 600W HPS
11. How close are your lights to the plants? 30"
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 5' x 5'
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 65 at night, 75-80 during the day. 30-35% humidity
14. What is the pH of the soil? 6 - 6.5 (runoff, don't have soil tester)
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? Fungus gnats but just a few.
16. How much experience do you have growing? Successfully grown/harvest 6 nice plants before this problem started.

You say that you are feeding them, well what kind of feeding schedule are they on? Are you ramping up the nutes as they start to accelerate in growth?

Just following the bottle directions...4 tbsp of big bloom/gallon every other watering. Should I be doing more? Kind of scared of over feeding...

I think you're doing too much. And are putting them in lockout.

Even with my tap water's 200 PPM Im still only at around 650...everything Ive read calls for 750-950 for early blooming and 1000-1600 for late bloom. I thought nute lockout only occurred when your pH was off?

Not if you're getting salt build up. I almost never 'go with the 'full recommendation. Do you ever flush your plants to make sure you aren't getting salt build up?

I usually don't flush unless there's a problem...and always a couple times before harvest, once a week before and again the day before. I just flushed with some RO water, hopefully that will help.
