TOSS AND WASH VOLCOM fuck wasting money on the capsules. Kratom is AWESOME for redosing in my experience. 3 grams is what I usually redose and it keeps me going.

if im doin caps is usually 16 caps so like 8 gms
I tried to "toss and wash" 7 grams once. almost choked to death.

I mix mine in a 32oz gatorade bottle and drink that in 10 mins. Better than caps an you don't waste as much with the teas. 8gs gets you HAF!

Nah, I gagged pretty hard because a chunk stuck to the back of my throat. Not only did I throw up what I just swallowed, I also shot about 3 gs through my nose which then caused me to throw up for real.
