 Vaporizer Broken

I think I just toasted my fucking vaporizer. I was driving around with it plugged into a power converted in my car. And instead of turning off the vaporizer when I was finished I turned off the power converter instead. Now whenever I turn on my vaporizer it just blinks 140 and can't be set to a higher temperature. I think I fried the electronics with a surge.   
Anyone have any ideas how to fix this or did I just lose my $100 vaporizer

What are you doing using a vaporizer in a car while driving?

Well yeah, that part is obvious.
The question being: Why would you do that, knowing you could get caught?

You guys have never rolled around smoking a vaporizer? Is that just a Northwest thing because seriously I've smoked a ton of vaporizers in cars out here. Alright well whatever, but still how do I fix this?

Alright I think I'll buy a new one and put a surge protector on it tomorrow.

I'd be the one to pull him over and confiscate his dr00gz, then I'd let him off with a warning.

What vaporizer did you get? I have a Vapir Oxygen Mini and its also portable. If you have a Vapir product I might be able to give you some advice from previous experiences I had.
