plead to paraphernalia and felony hash oil(plus all the ~40g bud and kif and bubble hash and bits of everything accumulating in jars) was "under 16lb's." Dropped the paraphernalia charge and reduced the felony to misdemeanor, $740 fine, year of Utah probation.
Its part of this systematic way to extort money out of you, it cost more to fight it, plus you have to get bailed out, come back for a trial, lawyer, face a year in prison for exercising your rights, etc. I was already targeted for extortion before I even left the state of Washington.
