 Psilocybin vs. Tetrahydrocannabinol

My friends and I smoked a J before we tripped on mushrooms yesterday and as the onset began I could feel the cannabis high quickly fading and the trip dominating.
Does anyone else get this effect? I found it interesting.

Yeah, THC has that effect with many other drugs mayne.

i've never had the high fade away. but it DID boost up the trip plenty of times

how come more times then not people refer to the active in mushrooms as Psilocybin instead of Psilocin.
Psilocin is what actually gets you high or what Psilocybin is metabolized into.

actually, they both get you high and not all of the Psilocybin is changed in to Psilocin.
Kinda like when you take DXM, some of your body converts around half of it to DXO, which is what a lot of people claim to appreciate the most.

I've heard that some of the Psilocybin in mushrooms convert to Psilocin after they dry out. I haven't ever checked in to it though.

THC makes your trip like a rollercoaster.
First you trip ...then trip harder ...and harder...then fades ....smoke a few bong loads....trip harder...trip harder, etc. you get my point. smoking makes my trips way more intense and i love it

next time im going to smoke some hash and do nitrous while on acid.

ive only done nitrous on one ocassion bfore but I heard it's amazing on lsd.
