Maybe I missed something, but he honestly looked like he almost threw the fight...He didn't do much of shit. I'll have to watch it again.

That's what I had originally thought but after watching this HBO feed you see that Manny was just too fast, kept popping in him in face over and over. De La Hoya was almost TOOO big he kept swinging down and couldnt connect with Manny. He needed to get him out of the center of the ring and back against the ropes where he couldnt move around as much.
But yeah, it wasnt the best effort ive seen out of the Golden Boy
