Just harvested my Girl Scouts and blue dream, 6 plants for a total of 7 hours between 2 people. Just happy I had help =)
Buds are hanging on hangers in my grow tent with the carbon filter on and fans still running but not blowing in buds. Any advice on drying would be appreciated!

Farmer Joe: Advice in terms of drying techniques. I planned on hang drying these buds for 6-7 days then jar curing them for 2 weeks atleast. Is a week of hang dry long enough? I once hung dry 1 oz of bud for 4 days (mistake) and buds took forever to cute but eventually was a tasty smoke afterwards.
P-O: I actually did not enjoy these 2 strains as much. Firstly do not think the gsc was a real gsc clone, didn't turn out as frosty as is like but here is hoping the buds smoke good. The blue dream was really taken my PM at one point. Perhaps cuz LSTing it wasn't a good idea since the leaves really bundled together n got crammed in the middle of the plant.
These 2 strains were picked up at a local dispensary that doesn't necessarily focus on clones. But I do plan on making a trip to one that has a vast number of cuttings and they specialize solely in clones.
Anybody else in the SoCal area with good cutting dispensary locations, in all ears.

well if possible keep your Rh in the 50-60% range while drying. As soon as your buds begin to get crispy to the touch it's time to cure. Don't wait until the stem snaps, your buds will be too dry by then. It usually takes 7-10 days for my harvests to dry.

Currently my rh is anywhere between 55-60. And I was worrying from this. During my grow I kept rh roughly anywhere from 30-45. I thought 60 was way too high! Good to hear that it is fine.
My last harvest, the reason I harvested at day 4 was because the stems were already snapping and what I figured to be, really crispy dry buds. So I had jarred them right away. Within days I noticed the buds were really moist again and realized I jarred way to early and will try my best next time not to be thrown off by just snapping stems n crispy buds. I will wait atleast 7 days this time before making a better assumption.

yeah thats what your buds should do once they first get jarred up. The first few days to a week is when the humidity levels within the jars are gonna spike the fastest. A lot of tobacco stores sell hygrometers like this one that will fit inside canning jars. i use them when i cure. This way you can keep an eye on the humidity level inside the jars you cure in without having to open them. It takes a lot of the guess work out of the equation.
thanks for the comments on the room! I've got a grow log that will be posted up here in a few weeks

Haven't been on here in awhile. Update on the harvest was a mere 7 oz. 4 for gsc and 3 for blue dream.
Not happy, not sad. But looking forward to my current grows result
